No Returns or Exchanges:
All purchases made through REVV are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.
